1. Who we are
CreateMascot at createmascot.art is operated by Metin Ferati, an individual based in Skopje, North Macedonia. These terms govern your use of the website and illustration service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
For questions about the service or these terms, contact support@createmascot.art. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use CreateMascot for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.
Provide accurate account details, keep your login secure, and tell us promptly if someone accesses your account without permission. You are responsible for the content and requests you submit.
3. What CreateMascot provides
CreateMascot helps you create mascot concepts, approve a character and style, generate scenes and edits, and download raster images. Preparing a draft and browsing examples do not require a generation purchase. Generating images requires prepaid credits; there are no free signup generations.
AI output can be inconsistent, inaccurate or similar to someone else’s output. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, exclusive design, transparent background, trademark eligibility or copyright protection. Review results before publishing or using them commercially. Downloads are raster files; a vector-like appearance does not make an image an editable vector file.
4. Prices, credits and payments
The current pack is $20 USD for 40 credits, before applicable tax. It is a one-time payment. Buying another pack adds to your balance; there is no subscription or automatic top-up. The price and tax shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
1 image or edit = 1 credit. Three concepts use three credits. Technical failures restore credits; a delivered image still uses a credit if you dislike it. Approval and downloads use none. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry and work across your mascots.
Credits are reserved when a request is accepted and spent when an image is delivered. Credits are for use within your account, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not money or a stored-value financial account.
When checkout is available, Polar acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax and receipts under the terms shown at checkout. A checkout return page alone does not confirm payment; credits appear after payment verification. Future price changes apply to future purchases and do not reduce credits already purchased.
5. Refunds and failed generations
A technical failure that produces no deliverable restores the reserved credits. This is a credit restoration, not a refund to your payment method. A successfully delivered image uses credits even if you dislike the result or choose not to download it.
For a duplicate charge, missing credits, a service problem or a refund request, email support@createmascot.art with your account email and order reference. Do not send card details. We review requests based on the issue, credit usage and applicable law. Except where the law requires otherwise, used credits are not refundable solely because of a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a delivered image; refunds of unused credits are reviewed individually.
Approved payment refunds are processed through Polar and may remove the corresponding credits. A refund or dispute involving credits already used may temporarily pause further spending while we resolve the balance. Polar may also issue refunds under its own rules.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer remedies, including applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for a defective or undelivered service. We do not treat acceptance of these terms alone as a waiver of a statutory withdrawal right.
6. Your artwork and generated images
You retain your rights in the artwork, prompts and other materials you upload. Only submit material you own or have permission to use, including the necessary rights to any character, brand or identifiable person.
You give us permission to store, process and send your content to the service providers needed to carry out your requests, maintain your library and provide support. This permission does not give us a general right to sell your artwork or use it in advertising. We will ask before featuring your private work in a public showcase.
As between you and CreateMascot, you may use, modify and distribute your generated images, including commercially. To the extent we hold any transferable rights in those outputs, we assign them to you. This does not grant rights belonging to others, guarantee legal protection or make outputs exclusive. You remain responsible for checking third-party rights and any required attribution.
The CreateMascot name, site design, software and example artwork are not transferred to you by purchasing credits.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use CreateMascot for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, hate or violent abuse, sexual exploitation, adult sexual content, deceptive impersonation, face swaps or deepfakes. Do not upload private information about others without a lawful basis or submit content that violates the rights of a child.
Do not bypass safety controls, credit limits or access restrictions; abuse the service with automated requests; interfere with other accounts; or attempt to access another customer’s images or data. Requests may be rejected by our service or its providers.
8. Availability and account closure
Features may change, and maintenance or provider outages can interrupt the service. Keep your own copies of important downloads. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry, but this is not a promise that the service will operate forever. If we permanently discontinue paid generation, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and arrange a remedy for unused purchased credits consistent with applicable law.
We may restrict access for abuse, fraud, security concerns or material breaches of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us. You can stop using the service at any time and request account closure at support@createmascot.art. Closing an account does not itself initiate a payment refund; contact us about any remaining balance before closure.
9. Responsibility and your legal rights
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Subject to mandatory law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI output will meet every intended purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of content or failures outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits consumer protections that apply to you. The laws of North Macedonia govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction where applicable. Contact us first if an issue arises so we can try to resolve it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version and date here and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights from an existing purchase. Questions or complaints: support@createmascot.art.
